About Marilyn

Let me introduce myself. My name is Marilyn Morris and I am the owner of Gourmet Specialties. I am self-taught chef, caterer, event planner, and food art sculptress (sculpture of fruits and vegetables).


I have been cooking since I was 5, under adult supervision of course, and the fun of culinary never left me.


I was asked to test bread recipes for White Lily Flour Company and to test equipment for Cooking Club of America.


I developed an interest in sculpting, and have taught myself this art form. I was fortunate enough to be featured in the Knoxville News Sentinel and I have been on WBIR TV Live at Five featuring my sculpting. I realized then that this is my dream, and I would love to share with you.
